BRAND NEW PRODUCT INCLUDING ALL ACCESSORIES. We will send the product as gift or sample and put lower value on the invoice to help customer avoid the import duty.

Most of our customers are not charged any duty or extra charge. If you have any special request, please kindly advise us once place order. Buyers have to report to us within 3 days and take a picture to show us the damage part and outside of package after receiving the item.

If it is our quality's problem, we will repair it and send the repaired item to you for free of charge. If the damage is made by wrong operation, we will ask for maintenance cost.
