Made with injection molded ABS plastic. It bolts on to the existing fender by using 4 small bolts.
Easy pre marked cut off for the Tour Pak Rack. It requires removal of the fender's tip light first before installation. No instructions or mounting hardware available. Professional installation is recommended if you do not feel comfortable with installation without instructions.
